Today, I officially announced my campaign for Independence City Council.
This campaign isn't about politics. It's about service. It's about giving back to the community that I proudly call home and helping ensure Independence remains a place where families can thrive, businesses can succeed, and future generations are proud to build their lives.
Why I'm Running
People have asked me what motivated me to run. The answer is simple: I care deeply about the future of Independence.
As a local business owner and Northern Kentucky University student, I've had the opportunity to meet people from every corner of our community. I've listened to residents, worked alongside local businesses, and seen firsthand what makes Independence such a special place.
I also recognize that our city is changing. Growth is happening. New families are moving here. New businesses are investing. With those opportunities comes a responsibility to make thoughtful decisions that protect what makes our community special while preparing for the future.
I believe Independence deserves leaders who listen first, plan carefully, and always put residents at the center of every decision. That's why I'm running.

I have tremendous respect for the leaders who have helped build Independence into the city it is today. My goal isn't to replace those values — it's to help carry them forward while preparing our city for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.
